Rigging Inspection

With many Boat owners starting preparations to float their yachts again after the winter break, a word of advice will be in order : get your rigging (standing & running) checked out before the mast is re-stepped and the yacht made ready for sailing.Generally the ropes and wires are the last thing on most owners minds, way down the list after anti-fouling and new upholstery but, the fact is that, little will go wrong when the paint is scratched or a cushion is torn. However we all have seen the aftermath of ropes and wires or rods having failed and the stumps yachts return with at times. So,be safe and get your ropes and wires checked for a piece of mind and safe sailing.
